Deposit & Payment: $200 Security Deposit due within 3 business days of reservation. Reservation will show as Tentative in calendar until deposit is received and payment has cleared. Security Deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 10 business days of departure. Balance of payment is due within 2 weeks of arrival. If Occupant cancels prior to this time, all payments will be refunded. ***Accepted forms of payment are: Personal Check, Cash & Paypal. Arrival & Departure: Check In Time on day of Arrival is at 3:00 pm. Check Out Time on day of Departure is at 12:00 noon Two keys to Premises will be provided upon arrival. One boat dock key and one pool & spa key will be provided. Additional instructions upon arrival & departure may be posted on premises. ***Pets and Smoking are not allowed on the Premises***

Bayshore Ski & Raquet Club: The Premises is a unit in a condominium , planned unit development governed by a Homeowner's Association (HOA). Occupant agrees to comply with all covenants, conditions and restrictions, bylaws, rules, regulations and decisions of the HOA. Owner will provide a copy of these HOA rules to Occupant in a binder to be left on the Premises. ***All information herein is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed.***
