New Years week is available starting December 28. As soon as you enter the Marble Entrance Hall of this elegant townhouse you will feel like a Real New Yorker. Your apartment has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a gracious living room with a Decorative Marble Fireplace and a sofa bed. The tiled bathroom has a tub with a shower. The separate kitchen is nicely equipped and saves you from eating out 3 times a day. Eat in your PJ's on your own timetable. If you don't feel like cooking just step outside and you will find almost every kind of cuisine that you can imagine. Indulge your gourmet side at some of the famous restaurants or dine inexpensively at the charming ethnic restaurants in this near it all Center City Neighborhood. Or order in and eat in the privacy and comfort of your New York home. The apartment is on the second floor of a limestone townhouse on tree-lined East 39th Street at Park Avenue. There are two flights of stairs.
