Land of the Waterfalls: Brevard/Pisgah Forest is surrounded by 50% National Forest. This area is known as the Land of the Waterfalls, hosting over 250 waterfalls in Transylvania County alone. You are 15 minutes from the Dupont State Forest, Triple Falls and High Falls. The hiking trails and outdoor activities here are abundant. The house is only 20 minutes away from Sliding Rock and Looking Glass Falls and it takes only 30 minutes to be on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
