Absolutely lovely apartment. spent a week over Xmas in Old San Juan. very reasonable price. We opened up the doors and listened to old San Juan. everything comfortable, no complaints at all. Irma was very nice. Will hopefully stay there again. Tim
My wife and I had a wonderful experience reserving this condo. We stayed for one week and were here for the 4th of July weekend. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. You have to go up stairs to the third floor, but for us that wasn't a problem at all. Someone with mobility issues could have difficulty.
We rented a car and drove to the condo from SJU Airport. We arrived on a busy day in Old San Juan with many of the one way streets being closed. Wanda helped us over the phone on where to find parking, but it was difficult due to the congestion and mainly all one way streets. I would recommend for anyone renting a car to look up the parking lot called La Puntilla before you make your way to the condo. It is located on Paseo de la Princessa by the marina. It's a great place to park for $8 per 24 hours and close to the condo. I say this only because it is difficult to find parking on the streets in Old San Juan, and if you are lucky you might be able to get a spot on Calle San Francisco near the condo, but don't rely on finding a spot on the street.
Checking out was smooth. Wanda met us at the time we needed to be out to head to the airport. We were amazed that our security deposit was returned before we even made it back home. Great communication throughout. Would recommend to friends and family, and we would definitely stay here again as well.
Comfortable, clean and conveniently located in the heart of Old San Juan. Very friendly people to work with in setting up our rental and checking in and out. Easy walk to the Governor's mansion, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the forts. We stayed here for three nights with our two teenage children and all had a fabulous time. We would love to visit Old San Juan again and would definitely use this rental property again.
Stayed here over the July 4th weekend 2013 and had a great stay! We rented a car and got a bit lost so Wanda helped us find the way.
Service: Email response is usually within 24 hours. Wanda was very patient and friendly.
Location: Great location in Old San Juan- right next to one of the main city gates where you can walk around and a block away from the main Old San Juan area. Located on a quiet street on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building.
Amenities: AC in both bedrooms that work well. Washer and dryer for clothes. Bathroom was clean and had constant hot water. Free wifi.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
My friends and I went for 10 days and we had a blast! The apartment is well kept and very very close to everything ! I meant literally 5 minutes to paseo de la princesa, hotel el convento, coach store and many more restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend to anyone. The only thing it can use is AC in the living room cause it gets super hit even if you open the doors! But everything else is excellent!
Thank you for a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our group of four. The listing description was accurate--the location was absolutely perfect (in the heart of Old San Jaun). The amenities were also nice to have while on vacation--washer dryer, full-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, etc.
The property was spotless upon arrival and very well maintained.
The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and provided us with great insight about parking and dining in OSJ.
I would recommend this property to family and friends in the future.
You cannot beat, for the same price, the quality and location of the property!
My friend and I had an incredible trip to San Juan, PR. Our stay in the condo on calle San Fransisco made it feel especially like home. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything we could have needed, from beautiful teal shutter doors that opened to the fabulous views on our street. Dishes, utensils, towels, and even a nice hair dryer were provided, and just about everything we could want was within a few blocks radius of our place. Wanda, the lady who met us at the condo and brought the keys to show us the condo, was so nice and helpful....We would recommend a stay in any one of the condos provided by urbanlifepr!
