Very nice location .... few annoyance

We stayed there for 4 nights with 2 kids. The size of the appartment is very nice, high ceiling, balconies looking at the nice colourfull street, safe neighborhood (at the corner of the Governor's house), walking distance to everything, grocery, Plaza de Arma, bus station for the beach and so on. We liked the fact there was no cable in the apartment. We could really spend good time in the living room/kitchen all the family together. Plenty of towels and blanckets. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice in the rooms. There was no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen witch was fine since we opened the doors all the time when we were in the apartment.
The only points where I would suggest to improve would be the equipment in the kitchen. There is absolutely no coffee maker, no rags to dry the dishes at all, no scissors, only 1 small knife to cut, etc. We were able to work without those items although we thought it was a minimum to provide. Also, there is only 2 stool in the kitchen even if the apartment can accomodate 4 people.
We very much apprciate the washer and dryer in the appartment so we could clean all of our clothes before leaving and come back home without any dirty laundry. Also, everyday we could clean the towels full of sand for the next day.
We would come back at the apartment but only if we were 2 people. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who visit San Juan. LOVELY!
