Our moorish villa was completed in 2001 and is placed nearly on the top of a hill at the east coast of Ibiza, offering a marvelous and romantic view on the bay of St. Eulalia. Large scaled ground and living space (305sqm + 100sqm terrace under roof + 200sqm further terrace area) is combined with an attitude taking care on details (e.g. Feng Shui). 7000sqm land, but 3000sqm of it settled as an artificial paradise garden, fruit garden and water garden with waterfall, ponds and a man-made brook, going into a huge swimming pool (17m long and 7m wide). You start swimming from wide and comfortable stairs. For teatime the venue is offering various places like a Bali house, seat area under palms or above the waterfall. The next possibility for shopping is just 1km from the villa.

The villa is located on the seaside (east) of a peaceful hill facing the bay of St. Eulalia, a vital village with complete and all year season infrastructure. Lots of restaurants, shops as well as fun places (most people speaking English). In St. Eulalia and its neighbourhood you will find many beaches and chances for sports, but also for quietness and peace. The distance to Ibiza town is app. 12km. The climate of Ibiza guarantees full relaxation all over the year.

Wir waren im November 2008 hier im Urlaub und es war Klasse!!!

Das Haus liegt ruhig und man kann ungestört entspannen, das war echt super. Egal ob am Pool oder am Wasserfall

Gleich in der nähe ist auch nettes einheimisches Restaurant. Das ist ein Geheimtipp an alle die noch hier Urlaub machen werden.

Wir haben das Haus in einem guten Zustand vorgefunden und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Küche war gut ausgerüstet.

Wir haben uns in diesem sehr schönen Haus, traumhaften Garten mit seiner Teichlandschaft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist viel schöner als es auf den Bildern gezeigt werden kann. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war prima - es war alles da!
Die Betreuung vor Ort war einwandfrei und herzlich.
Wir wollten abschalten, entspannen und einfach genießen - und genau das konnten wir hier. Im Bali Haus haben wir oft Kaffee getrunken und die Aussicht genossen.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist traumhaft, sogar mit eigenen sehr gut schmeckenden Mandarinen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe, man ist für sich und die Zugangsstraße ist so weit weg das man sie garnicht hört. Alles in Allem war es sehr schön dort, es können mehrer Familien dort Ferien machen, viel Platz. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt, danke an die Vermieter. Nur zu empfehlen.

Ich muss leider schreiben, dass hier das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben ist. Der Zustand der Villa (von außen und von innen), sowie der des Gartens war ungepflegt und nicht besonders sauber.
Es gibt wesentlich schönere Villen für einen günstigeren Preis zu mieten.
Ich würde meinen Freunden dieses Objekt nicht empfehlen.
Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Bruder der Vermieterin) war sehr bemüht, aber das war es auch schon.
Wir waren 8 Personen und waren alle enttäuscht.
