Sunrise Beach 1 mile from Pier Park! Warning: Renting this unit may cause intense happiness and may cause an addiction to the beach. Beware: This condo may also cause the urge to not want to go back to work or not want to go back home. Fall asleep to the sound of waves on the beach. Beautifully decorated beach front unit new to the rental market with 2 separate bedrooms, bunk beds in a separate room (not in the hall), flat panel HDTVs in the living, master bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, wireless internet. The master bedroom has two sinks, a large garden tub and a large separate shower. The beach front balcony is approximately 26 feet long and extends the width of the unit. Please Note: This is a non smoking unit. You must be 25 or over to reserve this unit. Will consider any reasonable offer!!!!!
