Experience Venice beach living at its finest!!! The Sun Cottage is a fabulous Venice beach hideaway located steps from Venice beach. It has a fabulous central location and is situated on a charming Venice beach walk street. It is in walking distance to everything in Venice: the Canals, Muscle Beach, Venice Pier, Farmers Market, the park, Abbott Kinney, and more. It is a lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs duplex. It's light and airy & decorated in shades of white and cream. There are two expansive sun decks complete with 18' umbrella, sun flag, carpet, sofa, easy chairs, ottomans, Moroccan dining tables & chairs, coffee table and 4 burner gas grill and barbecue. The decks are framed by beautiful flowering plants and 8' bamboo fencing making both decks very private. The main deck is huge and feels like an outdoor living room. The 2nd deck is best for dining and boasts the dining area & barbecue.
