This newly built villa is located in the seaside town of Hammamet, only 300 metres from one of the most pristine beaches in Tunisia. It is designed in a unique Mediterranean style. The villa harmoniously mixes modern-day conveniences with traditional architectural features. The decor emphasizes color and authentic Tunisian elements such as traditional hand-made rugs, local fabrics, and handcrafted ceramics. The villa consists of a penthouse on the ground floor and two apartments on the upper floor. The penthouse includes four bedrooms (two queen beds, three single beds), two bathrooms (one en-suite) and two showers, a spacious living room, a Moorish sitting area, a dining room with a view of the private pool and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso machine, blender).
