Located only a block and half away from the Intercostal waterway in WPB and minutes to Palm Beach island exclusive beaches and Worth Ave. Over 6500 square feet, 5000 under AC and the rest of private courtyard patios, terraces and balconies. Total of 5 bedrooms, 2 of them downstairs with easy access for handicap challenged people. King, Queen and twin beds on bedrooms, a loft area and a separate very private cabana-guest room by the pool!. This is one of a kind property, built with the most unique imported materials from overseas: gas fireplace with antique marble mantle from beginning of century, real hard wood floors made out of 'curupay' wood, marble floors, costume made wrought iron work on balconies, entrance gates and staircase railings, outdoor gas kitchen with fireplace as well, heated salt pool (non chlorine) One of a kind home!

Absolutely private courtyard home with every room overlooking the patio and pool area. Ideal for family reunions and special occasions, get togethers and romantic weekends. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, Viking range with double oven, Thermador dishwasher, Stainless steel refrigerator, wine cooler etc....Really nice outdoor kitchen and fireplace by the pool. The amount of enchanting architecture details are endless, you won't be disappointed ...we promised. Please note: car garages not included unless specifically required by clients, extra fee will be added.

Villa Fortunata is a true gem ! The house is just stunning and beautiful. The interior design is so charming, the pool is beautiful and you will surely spend a lot of time by the gas grill ! All of that in total privacy. Of course i do not mention all the house amenities : jacuzzi, superb kitchen, balconies...just have a look at the pictures.
The house is very conveniently located : take a 30 min bike ride to the pristine Palm Beach beaches or drive there in 5 Minutes. Just behind the house you have a 5 miles coastal track to run or bike.
On top of that, Gigi the hostess is very kind and will make her utmost to satisfy your every need, so in addition to having a wonderful house you also get excellent level of service.

Gisela your home went beyond our expectations, it's trully much nicer when we saw it in person than what it shows in the pictures! I was not exagerating when I told my wife: Honey, this house will make you feel like SHAKIRA!!! The privacy, the pool area, the grill and all the amazing details of the house, everything was wonderful...specially the kitchen which my wife, the cheff of the family enjoyed so much (great beds and mattress by the way) Thank you for a great vacation ! :)

This was one of our best vacations ever, Villa Fortunata is the perfect house for a family getaway! We were a large group and the layout of the floor plan, the way the rooms are distributed and the courtyard patio worked perfect for us... every space is very private and overlooking the pool which was ideal for us since we had several kids in the water everyday (we could keep a close eye on them!). Close to the beach, close to Cityplace, the house is in a great location...Gigi is a great hostess, and the amount of old world architectural details and home decor was amazing, we truly felt like we were staying somewhere in Italy instead of West Palm Beach - Thanks for a great vacation your home is absolutely wonderful.
