Leland is our second home, enjoyed a lifetime of memories year around with family here. Our family lives in Leland, own businesses (Leland Toy Company, Blue Moon), and attend the Leland Public School. People travel the world to find their special place... we come home to Leland. We bought the Pearl sight unseen because we always loved the house growing up - we didn't need to see it. We love Leland and the Pearl House represents the original feeling and authenticity of this beautiful place.
walk to Lake Michigan beaches, Leland Country Club, Lake Leelanau public beach w/lifeguard and boat launch, easy stroll to river access for kayaking or boat launch. Cycling in the Leelanau Peninsula is fantastic. Wine tours around the M-22 Loop. Walk to unique one of a kind shops, yoga, Sisson's Bakery for sticky goodness, Fishtown, Leelanau Historical Museum with tons of nautical lore within short walk.
