Wake up to the sun & sky of South Beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely Art Deco building. Don't worry about the walk home after partying at night or clubbing - the South Beach are of Ocean Drive is rather short, and we're at the quiet end, on the corner of 5th Ave. and Ocean Dr. We're on the 2nd floor, looking sideways, so not exposed to the hustle and bustle of 24-hour Ocean Drive. We call it the models' studio, because they really do request it, as they can get their beauty sleep. Walk thru our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator. People watch! We have a beautiful courtyard, and there is a new restaurant on the sidewalk just to the right of the building- 'Ishq' -a beautiful Indian sidewalk cafe. Airy and bright! One huge king bed, 2 full pullout sleepers, lots of space. One beautiful bathroom. Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi. Cable TV (big flat screen), oven, frig, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, laundry facility.

This condo is exactly as advertised.
Might seem a bit small when you enter but because of the open concept, it feels much bigger. We were 4 people and we had plenty of space.
The best part of this property is the location. Across the street from the beach and right beside many restaurants and shops.
Also everytime we took a cab to go out at night it only cost us between $4 to $8..which brings me back to how amazing the location was.

When I go back to Miami, I'll definitely book this place again. Good price, excellent location & clean.
