Framed against classic white beadboard paneling, the dining room also has French doors leading to the backyard patio, as well as cabinets with granite-topped counters. The spacious living room features a white brick fireplace, 50'' plasma TV, DVD player, and stereo system with CD changer.

Offering peaceful views of the lush backyard, the master suite includes a California King Tempur-Pedic bed, twin closets with clothing racks, and a private bath with cherry cabinets, granite counters and walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with luxury foam mattress, while a third bedroom functions as an office retreat (but can be furnished as a bedroom if desired). The central bath has a shower/tub, classic pedestal sink and rich, cherry cabinetry. Less than a mile away is the scenic shoreline, tide pools and breaking surf of Windansea Beach, where you'll find one of the most romantic spots to catch the sunset in San Diego. Just over a mile away, the internationally renowned village of La Jolla teems with distinctive boutiques, famed art galleries, fabulous restaurants and alfresco eateries.

Other activities and sights only minutes away include the Sunday Farmers' Market, harbor seals at The Children's Pool, friendly shops and establishments in neighboring Bird Rock, nationally acclaimed La Jolla Playhouse, Museum of Contemporary Art, SK Sanctuary Day Spa, Birch Aquarium and legendary Torrey Pines Golf Course. * This house is not available for large groups or events.
