As you enter the updated, fully-applianced kitchen, you will immediately notice the stunning views of Cape Cod Bay. The kitchen opens into a spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the ocean.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all with views of the ocean. The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and amazing views of the ocean. It has a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan to supplement the ocean breeze and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and views of the ocean. The third bedroom has a full bed and views of the ocean. There is an updated full bath. There is also an enclosed, private outdoor shower with views of the ocean.
Decks, decks, decks:
The house has 3 massive decks that provide additional space for entertaining. One deck, located off the kitchen, has a gas grill and functions as great gathering place when making meals. Another deck is perched atop the bluff overlooking the beach where you can sunbathe or just relax and enjoy the views. The third is a private deck off the master bedroom. It’s a great place for some solitude while enjoying your morning coffee as the sun comes up or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.
Things to do on your vacation...:
Within a 10 min walk or short drive there are several restaurants, a grocery store, a movie rental shop, ice cream shop, batting cages and a park with swings and tennis courts. If you drive about 5-8 minutes south, you will hit the Cape Cod canal where there is a fantastic biking/running path. If golf is your game, there are some of the best public courses in the country…all within a 5-20 minute drive from the house.
Historic Plymouth center is about a 5-7 minute drive from the house. Main Street in Plymouth center is very quaint with lots of shops and restaurants - very “old New England”. The center is also home to Plymouth’s historic waterfront where you can visit Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower. Plimoth Plantation is about 5 minutes from the house. In Plymouth center there are also boats for harbor tours, day trips to Provincetown and whale watches. Independence Mall about a 10-15 minute drive from the house, which has a 14-theater multiplex and plenty of shopping.
