Enjoy sunsets and sunrises on your private corner lanai in #201 facing Kailua Bay in Kailua-Kona. Check our availability and book on-line at our website. Our newly renovated condo has a luxury pillowtop king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has new appliances with a granite breakfast bar and bar stools overlooking the ocean. The lanai has been tiled and has a glass-top table and four swivel/rocking patio chairs. Inside you will find beautiful hardwood mahogany floors, granite in the bath/shower, and updated furniture. Our unit is complete with linens, towels, complete kitchen and beach gear! Walk to downtown Kona and Huggos, Hard Rock Cafe, Outback and more, and enjoy local shopping and beaches.

    A 20% deposit will hold your reservation. The balance is due 60-days in advance.
    Cancellation 90-days before arrival may receive a refund (call for details).
    1-time cleaning fee of $95; security deposit $250; all rates + 11.416% tax.
    $15/night extra for additional guest above 2 (subject to prior approval).
