This beautiful home is on the bluff overlooking Manomet beach. The Sandpiper was an antique beach cottage that was remodeled to provide dramatic views and living spaces. This spot is used for special occasions including family reunions, romantic getaways, and holidays.
The grounds at the Sandpiper provide privacy while offering amazing views of both Cape Cod Bay and Outer Cape Cod including Provincetown and Truro. Guests can begin each day taking in the spectacular sunrise over the ocean. Convenient to the town center and local shops, Sandpiper is the perfect place to enjoy a unique vacation in Manomet Bluffs with friends and family.
A 3rd story tower with a winding staircase overlooking the ocean. 6 burner Wolf gas range. Lots of ceiling fans.
Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your lovely house. We had the best Thanksgiving ever! Great location, great food, a loving family. We are so blessed! May God bless you for sharing your home with us. The 4 generations represented here will never forget the sweet memories that were made. We hope we will be able to come and stay again. Thanks again!
P.S. Great weather - 60's in Nov. Unheard of here in N.E.!!!
We had a fantastic family vacation at the Sandpiper. The house was clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were generous in size and the beds comfortable. The location of the house is perfect, overlooking the bay and on a quiet road. Also, it is very close to Plimoth Plantation and other historical locations. Our kids really enjoyed walking along and in the ocean during low tide, looking for crabs and starfish. Any questions we had were quickly answered and everything in the house was in good working order. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation. What great memories we have made - thank you!
Manomet Massachusetts is a small village in the southern coastal area of Plymouth. It is close to downtown Plymouth, home of Plimoth Plantation, Mayflower II, restaurants for any palate and wallet, shops, and many more attractions. Yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist areas. If you choose to stay put, you can find everything you need right in the village center including groceries, wine and beer, several restaurants, one of the best seafood markets on the South Shore and more. If you are feeling more adventurous, Provincetown, Boston, and the rest of New England are all manageable day trips. Ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are a short drive away.
