Just across the Seine from Notre Dame and a short walk to the Louvre & Orsay Museums,

this well-situated large fully furnished 4th floor 1 bedroom apt is located on rue de la Harpe in an 18th century limestone building. The street is located in a pedestrian quarter called Ilot St. Severin.

The large living/dining room includes a double sofa bed, cable TV (including CNN/BBC) and a hi-fi system.

The bedroom contains a double bed. The apt. is quiet since there are double-glazed heat and noise

insulating windows. A folding single bed and/or infant's

bed can be provided if required. The kitchen is large & equipped with refrigerator/freezer, washer, dishwasher, oven/grill, microwave oven, hotplates, toaster, coffee machine, and all necessary accessories.The bathroom has a shower.

Additional equipment includes iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, bathroom

scales and strong box.

All charges and local telephone

calls are included.

business district and St. Germain en Laye to the west and Bois de Vincennes and Disneyland to the east, Line B serving Charles de Gaulle (Roissy) airport to the north and the Orly airport to the south, and line C serving Versailles Palace and Gardens to the west and Orly airport to the south.

Wonderful Stay

Our family enjoyed this apartment and location and had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to Nancy in assisting our planning and to Henry for meeting us upon arrival with the welcoming items. Although we ate out mostly, we enjoyed our one take out dinner also with the street music and activity below. Thank you.

Lovely apartment

What a wonderful place to spend our time in Paris! This apartment is in a great location with restaurants and bakeries right at your finger tips. We walked everywhere! Nancy was a joy to work with in planning our trip. Henry met us at the apartment and helped us get settled with parking and such. The kitchen had everything we needed and even was stocked with a bottle of wine and a few other beverages in the refrigerator! There were plenty of linens and Henry was just a phone call away if we needed him. There were many steps up, but that was only a slight issue on arriving and departing because of luggage. We left in the mornings and came home in the evenings, so we only went up once a day. We hope to go back again and will definitely recommend this apt. to our friends. Thank you, Nancy and Henry!

Very Good Apartament

First of all, I would like to thank Henry for his receptivity. He was extremely friendly (he was waiting for us with wine, coffe and others supplies) and gave us very good tipps of good supermarkets, stores and restaurants of the region. He also gave us his phone if there were any problems.
The apartament it very well located, you have simple acess to every sights of this beautiful city. It also was very clean and had all we need for a confortable stay. The kitchen was full equipped, just like the bathroomm. The wifi worked really good, too.
The only issue we had was the stairs, specially when we arrived and leave, because of the heavy luggage, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Me and my family really enjoyed the apartament, and we’ll come back for sure!

Great location

The apartment is in our favourite part of Paris, close to Notre Dame Cathedral, St Michel Metro, shops (including a great boulangerie). It is quite a "touristy" street....but you could not have a more central and convenient location.

We are a family with boys aged 7 and 12 and we had enough space to be comfortable for our 4 day stay.

There are 91 steps from the ground floor entrance, up to the apartment door, but this is no problem if you are fit and healthy !

Thanks to Henry who met us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave us some good local tips.

The Perfect Paris apartment

We spent our last 4 days of a 5 week trip in this fabulous apartment. Henry was there to meet us when we arrived and provided a quick tour of all the facilities of the apt. There was nothing we could have wanted for down to the lovely bottle of red and fresh coffee left for us. Perfect location with the subway just 1 minute walk from the front door. Restaurants and food galore at our doorstep. Yes there are 89 steps to get to this 4th floor apt and we did this with a stroller each time but the climb was worth it every time and we limited the number of times we went up & down.Nancy the US booking agent even helped organise a babysitter who was wonderful and my husband and I had dinner for with friends at the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend this little gem hidden in such a vibrant city.
