Pine Ridge in Ft. Myers is a very peaceful gated community of fun loving people, who are 55 years or older. The center attraction is the lake with two fountains and stocked with fish for the catching. The lake is not heated, but the Olympic size pool is indeed heated for your swimming pleasure. Additionally, there are courts for tennis, bocce ball and shuffle board on the property. Nearby there are many first rate golf courses. Pine ridge is also centrally located to the beaches at ft. Myers, Naples and Venice, where you can not only swim but you can charter deep sea fishing trips. Finally, for baseball fans, Ft. Myers is the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins.
