The area has numerous public golf courses, several amusement parks, many fishing, boating and sailing opportunities. There is eco-tourism plus rental boats, bikes and jet skis. You are very close to several bays. There are lots of great restaurants just a short drive away. There are a number of close state parks and recreation areas. The area is rich in history. In the summer months there is live entertainment at the Bethany Boardwalk. A large number of the resort bars have live entertainment. In the nearby communities there are a number of miniature golf courses and water slides. There are classic beach boardwalks in Bethany Beach, Rehobath and Ocean City.
