Within Walking Distance or easy bike ride To The BEACH!!! Screened porch in the back. 2 TVs, 1 DVD. Outside shower. No grill. This unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed. However, the previous owner occasionally had a pet when they occupied the property. Affordable beach get away.
