You are part of the action as you watch people go to and from the beach, play volleyball, walk, bike and Rollerblade the beautiful boardwalk with its curving stone coral walls and wide paths. You may even see models & movies being shot outside your windows. This is a Boutique Condominium with 41 residential units on 3 floors. It's unique Art Deco features caused it to be placed on the National Historic Register. It was built in 1937 and was completely renovated and converted to private condos in 1996.
