Come relax in paradise at world renowned Siesta Key Beach. This recently remodeled townhouse is located in the bayside community of Bay Oaks. The complex is set amidst lush tropical foliage on the Intracoastal waterway across from the Gulf of Mexico, and a short walk to the beach. When not relaxing at the beach you can play tennis, fish off the pier, swim in the heated pool, enjoy a BBQ by the bay, or play a game of pool at the clubhouse. The master bedroom has a tropical themed queen sized bed, TV with DVD player, walk-in closet and bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds, walk-in closet, and large garden tub with jets. The living room has a nice leather sofa, large TV, DVD player, CD player and stereo for your enjoyment. Large front loading washer and dryer for your convenience. Kitchen has everything you need - coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc.

Siesta Key is one of the barrier islands off the west coast of Florida. It is just quick 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, FL where there are lots of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. St. Armands Circle is about a 15 minute drive from Siesta Key and has world renowned shops and restaurants. Sarasota is also home to the Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, the Ringling Muesum of Art, and the Van Wezel performing arts center. St. Petersburg/Tampa is approximately 1 hour away. Disney World/Orlando area is approximately 1.5 hours away by car. Fort Myers, FL is approximately 1.5 hours South of Siesta Key

The complex has a game room with a pool table and library to get books. We have a few movies and books in the townhouse for guests. Dish soap, laundry soap, and cleaners provided. Paper products (i.e. paper towels and toilet paper) provided for the first day, but you will need to buy extra depending on your length of stay. Pack and play available upon request.
