Enjoy your Florida vacation in our beautifully decorated and furnished townhouse. This light and bright home is decorated with a Florida beach theme. The main living area has vaulted ceilings and a pull-out sleeper sofa. The living room furniture is new as of summer of 2008! The dining area seats four at the table and also offers two bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, cookware, and appliances. There is a large patio with an ocean view, table, and chairs. There is a bedroom and bath with a queen-size bed on the main living level. The master suite is upstairs for privacy. It has a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet, dressing area, and master bath with a separate shower and tub. Both bathrooms were completely retiled in 2008! Our beautiful condo is spacious and offers all the comforts of home. There is a TV in each bedroom.

Royal Mansions is a beautiful beach front resort in Cape Canaveral. Located less than a mile south of Jetty Park and Port Canaveral and about 2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, you can actually walk the beach to either location. We are one of the closest resorts to Kennedy Space Center and are conveniently located just off Highway 528 (The Beachline). We are less than one hour away from Orlando International Airport and only about one hour from all the Orlando theme parks. It's a great location for your Florida vacation.

More Info: The rent includes wireless internet, cable, local phone, and all utilities. It is immaculate! No smoking, please. Royal Mansions is an exceptional beachfront complex. The facility offers a heated pool and hot tub as well as a beautifully decorated clubhouse. Located about one mile south of Port Canaveral and about two miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, there are many great restaurants in the immediate area. You can sit on the beach and look across the water at the Kennedy Space Center launch pads or watch the cruise ships coming in and out of port. Enjoy a round of golf, surf, swim, or go boating. Hop in the car and visit any of the many Florida attractions. In about one hour you can reach Orlando, Sea World, Disney, or Universal Studios. We have the perfect location for the perfect Florida vacation!

Other Activities: Closest beach to Space Shuttle/Rocket Launches, Cruise Ship/Trident Sub Port 1 mile down beach.

Convenient and comfortable

This condo is just as described. It is clean and well maintained with everything you need to have a great stay. We also found it roomy upstairs, enough to accomodate two portacribs and still be comfortable. The beach and pool are easily accessed as well as local shopping and restuarants. We had a wonderful (and restful) time!
Just one note of caution. There are a lot of stairs! People who do not climb stairs readily and families with children under age 2 might reconsider.
