Great location on the eastern shore only 4 miles from the charming village of Skaneateles. Beautiful sun all afternoon and amazing sunsets. House is less than 75' from the lake and no steps, just a sloped lawn to the water. Dock access and boat mooring available. Heating and central air conditioning along with cable TV and Internet access. Large deck with gas grill. Ample parking (up to 6 cars). Less than an hour drive to either Syracuse or Rochester and many wineries and other Finger Lakes attractions are within easy drive... Skaneateles has dining from casual to semi formal and many different cuisines, even daily dinner boat cruises.
