This Large condo (90m2 or 1000 s.f.) offers a huge living room/dining room opening on a semi-circular balcony with an open view, all equipped kitchen with a window, and two separate bedrooms, one with balcony, one and half bathroom, close to the market, and super-market and in the circuit of buses and trains running the FRENCH RIVIERA, the best way to visit the region. Ideal for the people who don't want to have the stress of a car, Cannes is a walking city, a gem in to-day busy life. You will feel comfortable and at home.

  • The bathroom is very big with a window, a bidet, and a bath with hand held/fixed shower, and stone-squares on the floor. The powder room has a sink and a toilet and a window, ceramic on the floor. In the kitchen the stove is electric. There is a large fridge with a freezer. (Please lock the fridge well and freezer door, specially in the summer- it is very hot in Cannes...). Ceramic on the kitchen floor. There is a large entrance with window, place to put the shoes and stuff.... Please wash the beach towels after use. There is a foldable dryer to hang the clothes.

  • This condo is wonderful for long stay, there is a washing machine to wash the linen, towels. Bedrooms are big, with a lot of light and a lot of cupboards. Floors are Mediterranean stone tile, easily sweepable and washable with cold water. The first night you may be sensitive to the noise in the summer time, with the windows open, but you will get used to it quickly. In the winter it is more quiet. There is a computer with Internet, and phone free in France, and you can also bring your lab top and plug it to the ASDL connection behind the sofa in the living-room. You have a credit of 10 euros for long distance calls. If you need more calling time let us know and we will arrange a plan for you ($) and for long stay only. You can receive all the calls you want. There is an intercom with the front door of the building, people can talk, and you push the button to unlock the door, if you expect someone.

Notes: As this is a long term stay, the prices are very reasonable, the maid is provided on request only and to be charged to the guests. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, there is no charge for the linen if you wash it. Toilet paper, tissue paper, and paper towels are there for you when you arrive, please buy some more before leaving for the next guests. There is a big fridge and equipped kitchen with pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, and more.... Sorry this is a non-smoking condo, and a no carpet environment (this is a stone and ceramic floor). Do you need space and light, rising sun, breeze: Yes this condo is for you, you like to feel at home, or just to go down the street and take your coffee on the '' Croisette '' looking at the wonderful Sea, in front of you, or Just walk on the sea side of the Croisette to the Palais des Festivals, and breeze, or walk on the sand and bathe your feet. We have private and luxury beaches to pamper yourself, or we have free beaches, just take the umbrella and your chair which are in the condo. Please shake the sand at the beach! Save it for the others.... Cannes without a car is the perfect dream for relaxation, if you wish to rent a car, there are 3 car rental companies right at the corner and one right below the condo. If you don't want the stress of driving: buses are downstairs and take you everywhere, event to Nice, and the train to Monaco, take the boat for St-Tropez because the road is packed with cars....and no direct trains...
