Beautiful New England Lakefront town located in the heart of the Lakes Region. Nicely landscaped yard and large docking system for boats and enjoying the sun. Enjoy your coffee in the morning on the deck and watch the boats come in to Wolfeboro as it starts bustling. Get a view of this 44,000 acre lake with a ride on the Mount Washington, largest vessel on the lake that docks minutes away. Garage enters to mudroom/breezeway, then into the kitchen with breakfast nook. Onto the dining room and then large living room over looking an endless view of Wolfeboro Bay and Mountains. Also on first floor library/study and 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Downstairs is another huge family room, 2 more bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sliders open right onto patio and lawn to the 173 feet you have on Lake Winnipesaukee.
