This beautiful mid-century 3 bedroom, 2 bath home designed by renowned Architect Donald Wexler, has been carefully restored and updated making this perfect for your home away from home, whether relaxing or entertaining. Inside you will find polished porcelain floors, two king bedrooms both with flat screen TVs, the master with its own bath, and a third queen bedroom, each bedroom having it's own patio with sliding glass doors. All bedrooms have large closets, and wonderful organic cotton sateen sheets. The kitchen is fully furnished, including stainless steel appliances and Tim Hortons coffee. The living room is large and comfortable, plenty of seating, a torch gas fireplace, 50'' plasma TV, DVD player, Bose iPod system, and a wall of glass leading outside. The grounds are completely private, desert landscaped, with a salt-water pool and spa, fire-pit, Jenn-Air barbecue, plenty of comfortable furniture, and patios on each side of house, providing sun or shade all day.
