This secluded hideaway is located North of Sunset Blvd in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood. 5 minutes from the Getty Center, Between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, this 300 sq ft Studio has lovely amenities with a private entrance, wooded and beautifully landscaped. Plush towels, cotton linens, WiFi, Satellite TV and quiet surroundings. Great walking neighborhood, with the trendy shops and restaurants of San Vicente 4 blocks away including Brentwood Country Club with it's great 2.5 walking/running path. 3 miles to the beach. San Vicente bike path all the way to the beach. Great Farmer's Market every Sunday 4 blocks away. Malls, shopping, and movies theaters within in 20 mins include: Century Century Mall; Westside Pavillion; Westwood Village; 3rd Street Promanade

The best location and nicest people

This is really a find. It is cozy and charming just like the ad says. Quiet and you can get to the beach, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and the valley within 15 minutes. You can go for one of the best hikes at the top of the street and walk to San Vicente that has a ton of places to eat and a coffee place on every corner. Cannot wait to go back.

The room is like a nice large hotel room with Internet access and I love the swing under the big tree outside of the deck.
