We rented Terrace Gardens Sept. 18-21 there was more than enough room including the 14th bedroom that has spiral stairs leading up from the livingroom with a lovely view of the mountains. There was enough room where everyone was able to do their own thing the rooms are big and the house makes you feel like home. It was clean and more than enough towels, wash clothes, and extra covers. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need except food and drinks. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family the price is right and well worth it my family will be returning in the future.

The Murphy Family Reunion Was The Best

The entire Murphy family reunion (all 30 of us!) had the most spectacular time in Gatlinburg, likely due to our stay at Terrace Gardens. The home was perfect for all the children, teenagers, elderly (handicap accessible bathroom!) and adults wanting their own privacy. The gated acre of land gave us plenty of outdoor space for the kids to explore and play and we loved the massive kitchen and dining area to let us gather.

The decor was really homey, the home super spacious, and the unique style made everyone feel like they were somewhere truly away from it all. Wonderfully clean and there was plenty of parking for all 8 of our cars, unlike the last time we were in Gatlinburg and had to park on the streets.

I'd recommend this place to any group small or large and especially those of you looking for a friendly or family get away. Glad to see it's finally listed on homeaway! Make sure and tell them the Murphy family sent ya.
