''Fishtales'', our custom, professionally designed and decorated 3 story, 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, beach home located in one of the most sought after vacation neighborhoods along 30A and the Beaches of South Walton. Summer's Edge is located between Seaside & Rosemary Beach and is a cozy family community with two beautiful pools (one heated during cooler weather). One of its best features is its gently sloping beach access - only steps (50 yards) away to our sugar sand beach! The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms and two full baths, back entrance has an outdoor shower. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Two bedrooms have queens beds, one with twin beds and the other a bunk bed. All are comfortable!

Our kitchen offers top end stainless appliances and all the accessories for gourmet cooking. Enjoy! The third floor is a spacious master suite with vaulted ceiling, king bed,large flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub, double shower and outside deck with gulf views. Total bedding: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Bunk (2 twin). We'd love to have you - and you won't be disappointed!
