Lovingly restored house is on an acre and a half with a securely fenced yard. Inside is everything you will need for a great stay. In the center of town or within an easy drive are a myriad of attractions of all sorts: beaches; surf; theaters; restaurants; art galleries; museums; antique shops and all sorts of merchants. Wellfleet is part of the outer cape, the least built up section of Cape Cod. On the bay side are calm waters and town-run beaches. On the ocean side, the Cape Cod National Seashore features spectacular dunes, miles of unspoiled beaches and surf fishing. It is not unusual to see whales and dolphins from the ocean beaches.

  • Deposit $200 per week to hold dates, due at time of making reservation. Not refundable.
  • Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. There is a security deposit of $1,000 per rental due prior to start of rental. The deposit will be returned in full within two weeks of checkout unless there are damages beyond the normal wear and tear or excessive cleaning required, in which case, the deposit will be used to cover expenses and the balance returned.
  • $100 fee per pet payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
    This is a fee, not a returnable deposit.

Five minute drive to central Wellfleet which has numerous art galleries, restaurants, the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater and a charming general grocery store. Wellfleet also has a great local produce market, used book store, fresh fish markets and an award-winning library. House has cable television, local phone service and high speed internet connection.
