I am a photographer and film producer who lives locally. I have admired this property for years and when I saw it was available for rental I booked some dates. The first date was Aug 17. Full crew stayed comfortably & were in awe of the property. Its unique stately architecture, location, views of the Atlantic Ocean, private country club pool and back yard were beyond beautiful. I intend on relocating other shoots here and will be renting it for my own private use for a family reunion and staff parties / Holiday Parties. Comforting, peaceful and relaxing; we all had a good night sleep after a 14 hour shoot! The master suite was best described by my youngest staff as "WOW, this is off the hook!" However for me, as the guy who has the daunting task of organizing all this, the most comforting part of the whole experience was the owner, who was without a doubt beyond a gentleman and beyond accommodating. I couldn't compliment this property or its owner enough. When you pass a home like this you wonder who, and what kind of people own such a home, I now know and they live up to the class, grandeur and good taste of this Villa, this Mansion by the ocean in an exclusive neighborhood at The Jersey Shore!
I would recommend anyone who stays drive just a few miles to Pier Village of high end shops and one of the most upscale Jersey Shore night spots there called "Avenue". I recommend Rooney's on the Ocean in Long Branch just a few lights away.
