Sweet 1-bedroom 'in-law' cottage, one block from wonderful Solano Avenue with its many restaurants, fantastic shopping, bookstores and movie theaters. Cottage has tile floors in the living room, carpet in the bedroom. Kitchen with range, refrigerator, toaster, microwave & coffee maker. Cable TV, clock radio/ Cd & MP3 player and wireless internet. Telephone for local calls only, credit or calling card required for long distance calls. The ceilings are vaulted and there are two ventilating skylights in the bedroom, so though the cottage is small it has a light and airy feeling. Sleeper sofa in living room. Queen size European sleep works bed in bedroom. Washer/ dryer, skylights. No pets, no smoking. A weekly linen exchange is provided.

Longer renters must provide their own toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Although the cottage is mostly one level, there are a few steps to climb up to the bathroom and the interior in general is not suited for small children or people with mobility issues.
