Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation in Marco Island and I must say, this home was perfect in every way!! Since we had always stayed in hotels before, I was very nervous about renting a vacation home, but we couldn't have been happier with this home. It was exactly as described and very clean. It's located in a quite neighborhood and we felt very safe.

The owner (Jay) responded very quickly to every question I had and was very thorough with his answers. We had a small problem getting the heat to operate in the spa, but the owner responded immediately, walked me through the entire operating process and even offered to send the pool people out if I needed them. The pool and spa were both wonderful, being very clean with a large area for sun bathing.

We walked the neighborhood each day and especially loved using the bikes. We went to several restaurants that the owner recommended and especially liked NeNe's Kitchen for breakfast.

We were not disappointed and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to family or friends. My only complaint would have to be that we weren't able to stay longer!

This is the second time we stayed in this home. Love the location, neighborhood is very nice. The home has all the amenities you will need to have a wonderful stay.
We specially love the pool and sauna it get full sun all day.

We would recommend this property. You will enjoy your stay..we did.

Wonderful home with great amenities! It was great to relax by the private pool and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Having the bikes to use made for some great sight seeing. I even got to see Mike McCarthy one morning while cycling to Starbucks! Very clean and comfortable home. I will definitely recommend this home to friends and family. Loved the Easter sunrise service on The beach! Thanks to Jay for his great attention to detail!

We have rented a few places in Marco and Jay's house is by far the best we have experienced. Jay is extremely responsive to our questions which we really appreciated. Although it was a cool week (low 60's record lows), Jay called to make sure the hot tub and heat was at the proper temperature - even sending a pool tech out on the Monday morning first thing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house in a great location

Beautiful home in a central location. Easy to beach access, restaurants, shopping. Stayed during February break with our daughters ages 14 and 17. The first few days were cooler and windy and the house gave us just the space and heated pool we needed to feel like we were still on vacation. Amenities were excellent, owner easily accessible by phone or text when we had a few questions on arrival. Highly recommended.
