In a small, private association between a 27 hole public gulf course and Lake Michigan, this vacation rental is all about peace and quiet. Walk in either direction on miles of pristine white sand beach. Twenty two mile bike trail, near by; bike and kayak rental; boat chartering; fishing on pier; miniature golf. Fifteen minutes from Michigan's Adventure amusement and water park, horseback riding, shopping and dining in Montague and Whitehall; movie theater, live theater at the Howmet Playhouse, farmers market, weekly summer concerts in the town band shell.

Quiet and exceptionally well maintained: This property is located in a small, private association with no other rental properties. A high premium is placed on peace and quiet and the owners require this as a condition of rental. This exceptionally well maintained home sits on a wooded lot with a panaramic view of Lake Michigan. It features a well appointed kitchen with all new appliances, hard wood floors in the lower level where the bedrooms are located, two bedrooms that open out onto a huge deck overlooking the Lake, and cable TV. All linens and towels are included. There is a huge deck overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan with private stairs leading to the beach. There is also a lift maintained by the association available one driveway to the south of the property. This is an excellent place for a family vacation or a quiet get away just a few miles from the twin towns of Montague and Whitehall, Michigan's Adventure amusement and water park and other attractions.

Good Vacation

The stairs were a challange but the rest was wonderful. Can not complain about a thing. Comfortable house, plenty of room, close to town, private beach, close to many things to do with young children. We would go back!!

5 stars if there were fewer stairs! But the beach was very nice and private and perfect for long walks. The house was very comfortable and everything was provided we could need. We'll go back!
