The home is located on the 16th hole of the Pinemoor Golf Course. Sit on the lanai and watch golfers or practice after hours. Amenities galore and close to beaches, shopping, water activities, golf courses and plenty of room for those family get-togethers. The home features a master bedroom with queen-size bed; private bathroom with twin sinks, walk-in shower, and cubicle toilet; walk-in closet, and patio doors to lanai/pool area. The second bedroom has a queen bed with direct door to bathroom. The third bedroom has a double size futon. There is also a pool shower outside with hot and cold water. A Hot Springs spa is located on the pool deck. Great for those backaches after a long day of golfing. The great room has large patio doors opening out onto the pool area where you can experience fabulous sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a breakfast bar looking onto the dining nook which has a door leading onto the lanai.

The unspoiled beautiful beaches are 10-15 minutes away and Adventure Island Water Park and Busch Gardens only a 90 minute leisurely drive. Disney etc., is approximately a two hour drive. Alternatively relax in our beautiful villa and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the sun-terrace and private pool while watching the sun go down. The climate in the South West Gulf is generally warm throughout the year, temperatures range from 70's in winter to the 90's in summer.

Other Activities: Shopping, Kayaking, Boating, Wildlife Viewing.

My wife and I were able to spend the 1st week of August at this home in Rotonda West. We had stayed at a different home earlier this year and were not sure what to expect in this home. We delighted to find out after we arrived that this home was at least twice as nice as the previous home and we immediately felt at home. The owner made the rental process very convenient and the cleanliness and comfort of the home made our stay the best rental experience we have ever had. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home at a very affordable price.
