House Layout and Furnishings:
The kitchen is bright, cheery, and well equipped--it even has a lobster pot for preparing lobster dinners at home! The dining room features a large dining table with room for everyone, including a high chair for the smallest member of the family. Or if you prefer dining al fresco, put some steaks or fish on the gas grill and enjoy a summer meal around the picnic table. At the end of a busy day your family will retire to well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable new bedding. On the second floor there are two delightful bedrooms and a spacious newly remodeled full bath. One bedroom is furnished with antiques and offers a queen size poster bed with matelasse comforter. The other bedroom has twin beds with handmade quilts and matelasse pillow shams. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, color TV, Bose radio with CD player, and views of Cape Cod Bay. Its newly renovated bathroom has double marble sinks, and tile floors. Don't forget to bring your own linens.

The house offers a variety of inviting and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for morning coffee, reading, or just relaxing. As a bonus, there is a first floor family room with a 32' HDTV, and a great sofa for afternoon naps. For evenings or rainy days, you may want to pack your favorite video games and enjoy them in the family room. Bring your laptop and take advantage of the high speed wireless connections. If you must work, there is an office area with new desk chair, office furniture, and free long distance telephone. The house is equipped with new central a/c, full house attic fan, screened windows to take advantage of Bay breezes, 5 paddle fans, and skylights that open to the stars. The house has an attached garage and full laundry facilities in the basement.
