Located directly across an inlet from a working wharf our home offers a spectacular view of Shelburne Harbour. A large open concept main floor with modern kitchen, all stainless appliances,dining area seats 8 and wood burning stone fireplace and queen bedroom om main floor. Lower floor with walkout to the beach has its own living room a service kitchen,4 piece luxury bath, queen bedroom, and laundry room. There are wraparound decks on both levels, large windows, all with a beautiful harbour view

The town is rich in 18th centry architecture. our home is on the famed Lighthouse Route where you will experience 9 beautiful lighthouses.There are a number of festivals and events, such as the Lobster Festival in June. The Yacht Club is within walking distance, as is the government wharf you see from the front deck. Experience sailing, lessons available, kyaking, canoeing or take a harbour cruise.
