Sandy Ridge is a quiet development, located close to Junction 58 of I-4 and within easy reach of all the major theme parks and attractions. This ideal location is only 30 minutes drive from Orlando Airport and approximately 60 minutes to the coast. Only a short drive from the house, you will find a selection of shops and restaurants including two Publix Supermarkets, a bank, CVS, McDonalds, Subway, Chili's, Dunkin'Donuts, three Gas stations and a lot more. Close by are two excellent golf courses, one at Championsgate and the other at the Reunion Resort.

About Dux Villa: Dux Villa is a beautiful two story home, situated within the new development of Sandy Ridge, only 10 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. This home is ideally located, with easy access to the Interstate 4 and the US192. Close by is ChampionsGate where there is a good selection of restaurants, shops and amenities including a Publix supermarket. For golfers there are several excellent courses within easy reach, including ChampionsGate Golf Club with two unique 18-hole championship golf courses. Dux Villa is a luxurious four bedroom, three 1/2 bathroom home and features a south facing pool and spa. The house has full air conditioning and is beautifully furnished. There are 2 master en-suite bedrooms making it ideal for a two family holiday. The other 2 bedrooms share a third bathroom and both rooms have 2 single beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, which could accommodate 2 extra guests in comfort.
