We would like to say how beautiful this home is. We had the most amazing time. It helped us bring family together. We laughed, loved, and lived up this weekend. We grilled, chilled, relaxed, and swam so much. The place was very accommodating, and decorated very nicely. We can't wait to come back again.
What a wonderful property with everything you could want or need. It kept all 6 grandchildren content and occupied. The pool is not large but perfect when you have smaller children that need an eye kept on them. The cover pool area and outdoor kitchen were fabulous. We enjoyed ourselves so much and will definitely return. Thanks so much for offering this beautiful get a way!
The home was beautiful and well-equipped and we enjoyed our stay after a few glitches were addressed with management. We were surprised that the home was not as well-maintained as we expected in a neighborhood of this caliber. Most of the area rugs/throw rugs appeared to be soiled particularly in the bathrooms. The patio area was not clean - fan was black with dirt/refrigerator had not been cleaned and there were spiderwebs everywhere. Perhaps the cleaning time allowed for a house this size should be a bit longer in order to do a more thorough job. Lighting in the Master Bath was poor particularly over the vanities. When taking a shower in the shared bath in the middle of the house, the water would fill up in the tub and not drain properly. We understood from the management company that the pool was on a timer; however, it would shut down every day at different times and would not come on automatically. Management came over and turned it back on as the water was beginning to look green (we were there when temps were in the 90s) and we didn't feel maintenance of the pool was our responsibility. Since we didn't want to call management each day to start the filter system, we located the switch and turned the system on ourselves each day. Also, the ice maker was not operating when we arrived and management was kind enough to deliver a couple bags of ice. By the time we left the ice maker had produced one full container of ice - not sufficient for cold drinks for our group for an entire week. The game tables were located in the garage where there was no a/c which made it very uncomfortable to make use of them. We loved the area of Lake Nottely and enjoyed restaurants/shopping and sightseeing in and around Blairsville. We would not recommend this property to a friend unless there are changes to general maintenance and pool service.
