Cumbrian Lakes is conveniently located four miles down Poinciana Boulevard from Highway 192 in Kissimmee, approximately 10 minutes from Disney World Resort. A gated community set in a conservation area with lovely lakes and nice views; it remains a haven for wildlife. The homes are beautifully landscaped and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes. A children’s play area is also provided. The community provides a safe, quiet location in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. There is a 24-hour Wal-Mart located on Highway 192 within a five minute drive. In addition, there are several supermarkets, shopping centers and restaurants nearby.
