Golden House Rental Photos and Description

House, 3 Bedrooms + Office, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

In 1939, the Maas Family built this historic tudor house adjacent to Adolf Coors Company property. The house is comfortably furnished with new and historic decor. Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds, two twin-size beds, as well as a sleeper sofa in the office. Views include rim rocks of North Table Mountain, Historic Castle Rock of South Table Mountain, Lookout Mountain and overlooks the Coors Brewery. Natural-style landscaping create a restful, mountain-cabin atmosphere with easy access to all the modern and historical attractions of the former Gold Rush-era town center.

Spend a few days, a week, or more as you discover Golden, Colorado, 'Where the West Lives' Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Golden has something for everyone- nature walks, museums, shopping, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, riverboarding, amusement park, farmers market, outdoor concerts, art festivals and more! We noticed the limited accommodations in Downtown Golden and are aiming to make this a special and unique place for travelers to Golden. And we're hoping to set the standard for vacation rentals. Hey VRBO, come stay here!

Adjacent to Clear Creek and walking distance to all Golden has to offer. Cross the bridge behind house into Vanover Park at the end of the kayak course. Two blocks from the start of the Coors Brewery Tour. Two blocks to the Golden Hotel. Great for parents of Colorado School of Mines students and wedding parties. And you are only 20 minutes from Downtown Denver.

This house is conveniently located to downtown Golden, Co, with easy access to Denver. Golden is a great community with lots of things to see and do. As well, there is an endless list of things to see and do in Denver and the surrounding areas The house has a "homey" feel to it. It has a spacious living area and the kitchen is well-supplied. It is clean, well-maintained, quite, and private. It has a fenced yard in which children can play without constant supervision. There is a community gym a few blocks away (within walking distance) for working out for a minimal fee. Our family has stayed here for week the past two Decembers, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time..

'Brewmaster House' was perfect for our family attending a wedding weekend in Golden. Convenient
location walkable to downtown Golden, yet combining privacy with backyard amenities and adjacent park. Also convenient to expressways heading to Denver airport or the mountains.
Property listing and photos were accurate, and owners highly cooperative, and even included a list of
local recommendations for tourists. Property clean and well maintained.

June stay at Brewmasters House

The house was just as the ad said. Very comfortable, great location, quiet, clean and just what we needed. The stores were very nice, the restaurants had good food, and the information station was very helpful. The owner was just a phone call away if needed. I would recommend this property to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Great location

We spent three nights attending a reunion at Mines. This was a great location for accessing downtown, School of Mines and walks along Clear Creek! It was clear to see that the owners have put much care and effort into refurbishing and maintaining this property--it's a great old house. As owners of a rental property ourselves, however, we felt a few things lacking--while there was hand soap by each sink, no soap was provided in bathrooms for bathing; the kitchen was minimally equipped-some dishes chipped and the coffee pot really needed to be cleaned before we used it. Because the location is ideal, we would probably return--especially now that we know what we need to bring to make our stay most enjoyable.

Owner's Response: We are sorry that you didn't find the soaps and toiletries in the linen closet. We stock soaps, sewing kit, shampoos, conditioner, lotions, etc. From now on, we'll place some in each bathroom. We will look into the chips on the dishes and maybe it is time to trade out the coffee pot. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, glasses, plates, cookware, pots, pans, cheese grater, spices and everything one needs for a cooking. Please call and let us know next time there are any issues.

Family Easter

Members of our family came from 4 states to celebrate Easter together. We saw this house as a way to enjoy ourselves and cook family recipes. The nearby walking trails were a good way for the older folks to enjoy the outdoors. The front door was not usable from outside but that was okay because the sidewalk and front stairs weren't safe for older folks. The kitchen was well stocked and all the furniture was very comfortable. We would do this again.

Owner's Response: Thank You! Glad we could accommodate. We're fortunate to be on the main City path. We'd love to have you back!
