This charming, contemporary and cozy getaway is situated in a quiet wooded neighborhood of Mammoth. It is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Canyon Lodge, adjacent to bike and hiking trails, and less than one mile from the restaurants, shops and entertainment of North Village. Ideal for 4 to 6 people, any season of the year. this 1100 square foot, two-story condominium has been improved. On the first floor, there are a full bathroom, a closet and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar from which the view of the mountain is exciting when skiers are on the slopes. The contemporary dining room opens up to the balcony that has some chairs. In the living room, the comfortable leather sofa opens into a queen size bed. It is equipped with a full stereo system and a 27' television with DVD and VHS players. The gas fireplace has a thermostat blower for efficient heating. Wireless high speed internet is installed. The second floor has the second full bathroom, the bedroom and the loft.
