This is the ultimate beach house,2500 s'f' just two blocks from sandy beaches, in the Village of La Jolla, with a sunny interior Spanish style Courtyard, peaceful and secluded yet close to all La Jolla has to offer! The master bedroom is en-suite with a reading alcove and a large private bath. The family room features a TV with premium cable, HBO and Showtime. The Chef's kitchen features a large center island and plenty of counter space for entertaining. The large living room opens to the sunny private interior courtyard. The three bedrooms are upstairs with plenty of room for additional sleeping. The driveway and garage hold 3 cars. The Cove, Children's Pool, and the heart of La Jolla at Prospect and Girard with World class shopping and dining steps away. This is a one of the best locations in La Jolla. Master bedroom features a King bed, huge walk in closet, with a Queen bed and twin bed in the other Guest bedrooms and plenty of room for additional sleeping arrangements.

Best Location close to the Beach: This is the ultimate beach house. Sit on your front porch and watch the surfers stroll by, the kids playing, and families heading to the beach. Your beach access is just a half block away, an easy stroll for sunsets, or an early morning walk. Around the corner you'll be at the northern end of Ocean front Walk, a pleasant ocean front stroll to restaurants, HIP Hotels, fine dining, surf shops and more with the Pacific Ocean on one side. Continue a six mile loop, past Crystal Pier, Mission beach, to the Jetty and around the Bay without ever being near a car or traffic. Great for bike rise, or long walks or jogging. This is the reason we all love California!

This is a great family house and we all felt the pictures didn't do it justice. Private, quite and we hated to leave when our week was over. Also, the management company was always there for us if we needed anything. We would certainly consider renting this house again.
