Enjoy sensational Ocean and garden views and resort style living in our spacious Penthouse condo. This is a two story condo with an upstairs master bedroom with roof-top balcony that features a gorgeous ocean view. The lower level includes a second bedroom with two double beds complete with TV/VCR/DVD and Wi-Fi internet in bedrooms. The downstairs living room features a private balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, tropical landscaping, koi pond and pools and a living room complete with cozy fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, and sleeper sofa. The second bedroom is very large with two double beds so the condo will sleep 6 comfortably. The unit comes complete with all necessities for your beach enjoyment, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys and ice chest. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils to accommodate a light snack or a multi course meal. Purchase your groceries and you are good to go.

To enjoy the complex amenities you can take a stroll through the lush tropical courtyard landscaping and discover the Koi pond, the putting green, the immaculate barbeque area, the gorgeous free-form heated pool and Jacuzzi. Locate the recreation room and inspect the quality of the health club equipment, the sauna room, the billiard and foosball tables, explore the library and the ping pong rooms. There are well equipped laundry facilities in each building. Feel comfortable that the gated complex is protected with 24 hour security.

Take a jog or leisurely walk along the beach and head down to the harbor which includes activities such as: fine dining, jet ski and or kayak rental, sail boat excursions, and even deep sea fishing trips. Walk south along the ocean towards the pier and enjoy activities such as: fishing, surfing, fire rings fine dining/breweries, and even a 16 screen movie theater.

Great Family Vacation!!

My family really enjoyed this condo. This was our first rental through VRBO. We couldn't be more happy. The condo was very clean just as the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes you would need. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys. There were also plenty of pillows and blankets. Diane was great to work with even sending my security deposit back within 10 days of us checking out. We loved North Coast Village's atmosphere. We felt very safe and secure. My kids had a great time at the beach and we tried out both pools. We hope to come back soon and would gladly stay in this condo again!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

An Awesome Vacation!

Thank you so much for making our 2011 Family Vacation just wonderful. Your condo was exactly and even more then what we had hoped for. It was very clean and organized. The kitchen was set up perfectly. Everything that we needed was there. Plenty of games and toys. The furniture was in great condition. Made us feel like home. It was very easy to relax and just enjoy! The condo location to the beach was just great. No very far at all. Great views from the balconies. Beautiful! We can't wait to come back again. Our children said that this was one of the best vacations ever!

Wonderful!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a terrific stay at this condo. It's conveniently located to all the area attractions, the complex is secure and had good access to the beach, and the unit was very comfortable. We spent a mix of time on-site (with meals made in the kitchen or bbq'd) and out playing tourist. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Absolutely Wonderful!

George and Diane, Our family vacation was made complete by all the wonderful amenities you provide in your condo. The welcome basket was such a treat to our two granddaughters and the wine to my husband and myself. :) Your condo is beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week. The fireplace was a real plus as the March temperatures at night were a bit chilly to say the least. The kids really enjoyed the games and beach toys as well as the Disney channel on TV on a rainy day. The pool and hot tub (our favorite because of the unseasonably cool days) were very clean and well maintained as well as the recreation center pool and fooz-ball tables. The staff and security guards were all very friendly and helpful which made check-in/out a snap. The upstairs master is great and the bed was so comfortable we were tempted to sleep in every day (not possible with kiddos up and at em every morning :) We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the harbor restaurants. (Joe's filled my husbands crab-leg addiction very well). We are missing the sound of the ocean and look forward to our next visit to Oceanside. Thanks again for everything. Carle and Mike

Fantastic and relaxing stay

The vacation began wonderfully by arriving to a clean and well appointed condo. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied. And talk about the view, simply spectacular. We were further impressed when the owners called to make sure we had everything we needed. Not often does that happen, very impressive. The nice part at the end of the trip was receiving our security deposit in a timely fashion. Needless to say, we did not destroy the place for the next tenants. The only thing missing was a case of Dom Perignon to sip as we watched the sunset (just kidding). Bottom line, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this condo to our friends.
