Location Location Location. You have it all, 10 minutes to the lake by boat, wide deep water in a cul-de-sac, for your boating and swimming enjoyment. Our home consists of a large living/kitchen area with all the amenities of home, and the kitchen window has a beautiful view of both Mt Tallac and Heavenly. The living room has two comfy leather recliners in front of a 52' flat screen plasma TV. And a remote control gas fireplace just click it on and relax into your vacation mode. The backyard has the well desired southern exposure of sunny and warm, don't forget the sun screen.
