Recently purchased & remodeled this cottage. It is located about a 3-4 minute walk to the ocean. We have central air, fully furnished kitchen, TVs, DVD, etc. Will be rented & maintained by owner. No pets on premises or smoking inside. Sleeps 7 with a King & Single in one BR, Double in other and a Queen sleeper/sofa in living room. Front porch and a very private new rear deck with gas grill. Gated community with 24 hour security has activities for all family members (indoor/outdoor pools, Arcade, carpet golf, snack bars and a general store). There are various activities scheduled at the recreational center and they check out equipment for ping-pong, basketball, horse shoes, shuffle board, etc) to use & enjoy during your vacation).
