3 Bedroom Bayfront Home w/ Boat Slip & Central Air

I rented this for my father and his wife the week of my wedding, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The space was lovely and it was in a great location. It was clean and well-maintained. The view of the bay from the deck and the huge master bedroom was just gorgeous. My dad loved sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. I had more family staying at another house owned by Sabrina and Joan, which was just 2 blocks away and also on the bay. We could wave at each other from outside the houses. It was fun to travel by boat and/or kayak to stop by to visit. The home was well-stocked with anything a person could need from a house on vacation, and the owners were easy to reach, responded promptly to phone calls and emails with questions, and were very kind and professional. The keyless entry also made it easy to check in and out. I would say that this is a perfect space for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The three bedrooms are all on one hallway, and the kitchen and living area are nice open spaces just two steps down from that hallway. It does sleep 10 as it says in the description, but if people want their privacy I would suggest limiting the people in this home to 6. It is on a second floor, so anyone who has a concern with stairs should take that into consideration.
