Villa Pearl is a colonial style villa with a transitional interior and an exotic fruit garden on the main island in the Caribbean - Nassau . This 2600 square foot home is located in a gated Indigo community (with 24 hour security) - only minutes walk to the ocean. It is a retreat for anyone who is looking to escape from an everyday city or urban atmosphere. Public tennis courts and a swimming pool are a part of the community and are a walking distance away. A grocery store is located just down W. Bay St., and it takes about fifteen minutes to get to downtown Nassau by a taxi bus.

They flock to the powdery playgrounds of the beaches, to the Bahamian markets, the discos and snorkeling trips. Excellent resort area makes this house location ideal for swimming, walking, biking, jogging, or snorkeling. With breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, its spectacular sunset and white sand beaches lend themselves for an unforgettable getaway. Buses run until 7pm and are only $1. Catch one right in front of the subdivision - it takes only 15 minutes to get to the Straw Market!
