Newly updated bottom floor duplex 2 bedroom 1 bath sleeps 6 max. Located on a beautiful block in Brant Beach, this home offers a smaller family all the comforts of home. The newly renovated kitchen is open to the dining area with plenty of space for family dinners. the soothing color pallet creates a soothing beach experience for all. The owner has a contemporary style to his beach decor from the tasteful accents, casual yet sophisticated bedding and linens to the large flat screen TV with a game boy station. The home also features Ipod docs in three areas of the home and a stereo with cd player. The owner provides linens and towels for your use. Sorry, there is no washer or dryer in this home. Large back yard, complete with dining table and umbrella located on a wooden deck space. There are chaise lounges and additional chairs for your comfort. This area also has a propane grill for those days you wish to have a summer barbecue. It even has a tiki bar for your enjoyment
