This Mediterranean Estate is located in a cul-de-sac of multi-million dollar homes overlooking the Dominion Country Club. It is on the 18th Fairway of The Dominion Golf Course, with fabulous Hill Country and lake views. The Dominion Country Club facility ranked number one in the state of Texas. It hosted PGA professionals and their tours for more than 17 years. The gate is manned 24-hours by professional guards and an electronic security network. Enjoy Hill Country sunsets, take a tour of the many celebrity homes studded around The Dominion. Hop in the golf cart and go to the lakes for fishing or arrange for a round of golf. Rental includes golf cart, bicycles, washer/dryer, kitchen and utensils, newspaper.

The property is on the 18th Fairway of Dominion Golf Course only one property away from the Country Club. Hill country views, 25 man made lakes, one IH Ten exit away from Fiesta Texas, The Rim and The Shops at La Cantera. The Texas Open La Cantera golf course and the Arnold Palmer golf course at La Cantera are just minutes away. Convenient IH Ten access to downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk to the south and just 10 minutes away from the quaint downtown of Boerne.
